Helping Pennsylvanians With Estate Planning, Probate And Bankruptcy

The focus of my legal practice is helping people get a handle on their finances now and in the future. I help people dealing with excessive debt by using bankruptcy as a way to stabilize their financial situation. I offer estate planning services to help people plan for the future financial stability of their families. For those named as executors in probate proceedings, I also provide guidance through the estate administration process.

Guiding People Through Bankruptcy

When I began practicing law in 1979, the Bankruptcy Reform Act was established just as the country was going through a recession. Inflation soared to an astonishing 20% by mid-1981 and the annual rate of personal bankruptcies began an upward trajectory that continues to this day. I saw a need and made it my mission to help people with debt problems. I understand the financial and emotional strains that excessive debt can cause. My approach to helping people with debt problems is to explain the bankruptcy options available and then guide clients down the most appropriate path to financial stability.
